Best app ever. Simple to use and very effective. I think its a great thing when a customer comes to your pages and sees previous cutomers response.

Good review app, but sometimes uploading a file can be a problem. The support staff are helpful and will help resolve issues quickly.

Loox is by far the best reviewing tool available on Shopify. Getting reviews is as simple as set up & forget it. Emails are sent out automatically via the platform a certain time after the purchase (if set up correctly) and customer can even be incentivized to write a review.

It looks great and is efficient. Great customer service. They were very responsive and helped perfectly with my concern.
