Love this app! Once you set it up and test a few subject lines the reviews start to come in.
Also love that you can request reviews from previous orders, especially handy if you have a new store looking to start building up reviews.

I love this app, so good. I was able to setup my new shop and import reviews from previous site and ive run several campaign's since to collect reviews from existing customers and reward them with small discounts. The reviews look great on the my site and when coupled with a reviewers photo I think its very powerful.

There are plenty of great review apps out there. What I like about Loox is it's an affordable option to collect and showcase photo reviews. And it's easy to set up and use. Just hoping it's soon able to become a Google Seller Ratings Partner.
