Very bad customer service. Never replied email for exporting review. Very expensive and not so good service. Don't waste your money.

Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month.
According to Shopify's own terms and policies, a third-party app cannot choose a merchant's app subscription plan, as Shopify requires explicit merchant consent when choosing an app's subscription plan.

very bad, I have been paying for 3 or 4 months and nothing is happening, no reviews from amazon to my shop, I am very disappointed about it.

One of the worst customer services I've dealt with, you no live chat, you can only send an email, which each time someone else is responding. I've tried for several hours to get help to set up correctly the app on my store, and it's a nightmare. And you're paying money for that horrible experience.

I don't recommend this app. I had this app installed before. I wanted to try again, but it turns out that if your country language is not available there, To customize the text, you must upgrade to the higher plan, which costs $69. I uninstalled the app ( I had it installed 2min literally), and still, they will charge me $29.... So disappointed.

Sorry that your experience with Loox was not as you expected.
While Polish is not automatically translated on our system, we are happy to open custom translation on your account. This will let you use Loox in the language that you choose. Please search for an email from our Support team regarding further steps on how to achieve this.
In regards to the charge, it seems that this store has had Loox installed in the past and hence the trial was not available when it was installed again.

It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

loox is so good i havent used it but it looks like it was made by mininum of 200 aps i walked 3000 l
