I'm starting to understand it more. But what I was saying about the customer only being able to leave one review per product was that when John Doe leaves a review for the Eternal Hope Necklace. Then someone else has bought the same necklace. It won't give the next customer the option to leave there review. They have to go find the same necklace with a different card attached. Example: Pick out a product on my page and do a test. Put 1 star so it wont post. Then go back to that same exact necklace and try to leave a review again. This time it wont let you. It just shows you who left a review. Oh and also, I was trying to get the top 3 reviews up top on my page but it keeps saying to contact support. Thanks!

Loox doesn't limit the number of reviews collected per product and each costumer should be able to leave their own review. We do our best to help our merchants to collect as many reviews possible.
We also support choosing featured reviews that will appear on the top part of the widget.

Had a problem with Loox referral banner presenting over the themes headline banners. Emailed in to ask for help and within minutes had quick reply that helped me sort the problem.

The best looking review app I've used. It also doesn't slow my store down.
I wish there was a public reviews page that would show up on Google when customers search for "brand + reviews", kind of like reviews.io and trustpilot have. The loox branding/logo under the widgets currently links to their Shopify app store page, which doesn't really build trust as much as it would if it linked to a dedicated public reviews page.
Does the job. Easy to navigate and has increased our review rate.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. I can't figure out how to get it to work properly. Seems as though if I could, it would work really well.

This is a great resource and a necessary tool for opening a new store. The process is time consuming but if it helps with conversion that’s the key. One thing that could improve the app is adding a filter option for the CSV upload option when doing reviews on multiple products.
Great functionality, the user interface is a little difficult to understand though.

Would love that if you could also send out an review E-Mail and ask for the customer to leave a Google Review, add the Google Business Link so they land directly on the Google Review page for the business in question and offer them a coupon code etc.
Basically beeing able to send out a review E-Mail and offer something in the E-Mail for each review they post:
Place a Google Review, get 2% on your next purchase, add a photo to your review get an additional 2%.
Place a Product Review, get 2% on your next purchase, add a photo to your review get an additional 2%.
