Needed help setting up my review carousel on my home page and Chester solved it for me in less than 5 minutes. I rate their customer service 5 stars.

Only negative thing about this app is the lack of customization available. I wish the emails were more customizable as well as the look of the reviews on my website. Also, when selecting your options in the settings, they don't show photos of what it would look like (ex: selecting 'rounded corners' instead of 'sharp corners' but you can't see the difference between the two until you save it and look at your website)

A really great App so far! So easy to use and looks great on my site. I do wish the beginner plan had the option for customers to leave a review without having to add a photo to it though, I think it will put some customers off leaving a review.

Loox had disappeared on my site, no longer showing me stars or reviews. I contacted them and we were several days every minute talking to each other to resolve the issue and they were super super fast, kind and helpful. The craziest thing is that they even write to you at night and answer you even if you write them back. The whole Loox team helped me however I have to say thank you to Jodel for taking this problem away from me. I preface that he helped me at 11 pm.

I like this review tool but I wish it had a "leave a review" block/page that doesn't have to be connected to a certain product. I wish some of the features from the growth plan were included in the basic plan. The growth plan is very pricey in my opinion..especially for basic features that should've been included in the basic plan.

Easily import reviews from aliexpress and other sources! It;s agreat app easy to use and has great support, but i wish some features were easier to control, like where the reviews widget can be displayed, not using code. Huge thank you to Channelle and Zoe for helping me out!!

So far so good. I'm surprised how many people include a photo with their review. :) A few more widget options would be great (cards without photos etc.) and the ability to use a custom font.

Been using Loox for a while now after being with Yotpo for over a year. You get much better value for money with Loox (atleast for the number of orders our store does) in comparison. For example Yotpo will try charge you a fortune to have Google Ads functionality whereas Loox is much cheaper.

Only downside I have is one which I have just come across. The app only allows for translation of the customer review content via Weglot only. Weglot is a paid for service. You should really be integrating with Shopifys Native "Translate & Adapt".

It does what is says, customization is there but limited especially if you use with gempages.
Support was on point thought Jodel came in and custom made what we needed.

I had a problem, and it was solved very quickly by Jodel. The support is good. I have the lowest available plan, but you can hardly do anything besides importing reviews on your website. But overall it does what it needs to do.

So far it's good. I cannot find the option to put a button saying "write a review" on the web, so if I want to get photo reviews from other customers I cannot get them unless I have their email and send them manually...
