So far the app has been great, I wish they had more design customization, in order to fit any website theme, but other than that works perfectly

Love that they keep improving the app and adding new features.

Most of the features are fine, but the page display is unstable. Moreover, the communication method is also less efficient, and I hope it can be improved in this regard.

Pretty easy to use and will all the features I want. Wish the menu was organized a little bit better.

I am still trying to navigate and understand the app. i am sure i will get to understand it and give a great review. i am also looking forward to receiving great reviews from my clients who are going to be using it.

it has alot of cool features but the powered by loox marker is annoying and it doesn't seem like you can get rid of it

After updating from Dawn-Theme 11 to 12, the "Rating Widget" doesn't work like before. With help of loox-support now in Dawn-Theme 12 it works like in Dawn-Theme 11.

Good and have generated sales, however had several comments customers can't leave reviews

Still learning but, everything that you need to find is at your fingertips with LOOX! LOOX links directly with Shopify to make the process so easy!

Great App to use for starting off. Unfortunately, AliExpress is the only provider at the moment. Overall, it was very helpful for starting off.
