Still learning but, everything that you need to find is at your fingertips with LOOX! LOOX links directly with Shopify to make the process so easy!
loox is good a little confusing at first but amazing. it offers a lot more than just reviews and lots off cool futures such as upsell
its difficult to navigate, i wish someone would reach out and offer help after being idle for at least five mins

Everything works great and total number of reviews are way up, except there are a few too many features that you can only access at more expensive subscriptions.
