Easy to set up, mostly user friendly, very fast, with lots of tools for promoting engagement. Even when something isn't clear, the app links to pages explaining in detail how to set up things like referral widgets.
Easy to use for a beginner. It seems pricy for a starter though, would like to see more budget friendly option.
Loox is a good product and has all functionalities needed.

very good, customizable and easy to use, however some confusion about the navigation, like for example where to edit emails etc...
