every time i try to use the app and import a review i get an error message. i haven't had a single use for the app yet. very frustrating. cant get any help from support.

Only just started using it, but it has been one of the easiest shopify add-on apps to set-up. It’s so flexible in how you want to add the reviews to your site, you can separate out the overall ratings value from the reviews and put them in different locations on your website. Looking forward to getting some reviews with photos now

I was looking to switch to a reviews app that did more than just simple reviews - I've been so pleased with the features of Loox reviews and referrals, and the support team was swift to respond if I had a question.
