The app works well and the customer service is very good. I had an issue after changing themes but the rep was very helpful.
The app does get photo reviews for our site but its supposed to also get video reviews but we have never been able to get a single one.

I have been using this app for a while now and I do not have major complaints. One thing I absolutely hate though is that the reviews are not verified. Essentially, anyone can leave a review even though they have never bought anything. Kinda waters down the social proof effect.
Great app, love the photo review feature. Runs really well. One thing I don't love about it is the widget that can pop up on product pages, I wish it was a little more smooth and didn't disappear for a few seconds from the screen between every new review and when you do click on a review in the widget, I wish there was a way to scroll to the next review, it only pops up one and you can't get to others from there.
New user for Loox, comprehensive tools and widgets. Transitioning from Yotpo, so far so good, we will see how the trial goes!
Update: Ease of use and options continue to impress me. Best I have tried!
