Great app and great support (especially Chester). Helped me increase my sells, no question about that. Just a thing that would be wonderfull (reason why I don't give 5 stars) : the ability for the client to rate a product directly from the email sent to ask his review.
Great app, very useful. It has been a big help to my brand as far as collecting reviews. Word of mouth is always good.

Eu gostei muito do App, facilita muito para os lojistas iniciantes, é muito fácil de usar e importar as avaliações. Como sugestão seria deixar por conta do usuário a escolha das fotos, visto que por vezes a foto que o app escolhe para importação não é a melhor foto enviada pelo cliente.
Literally couldnt find anything wrong with the app even if I went looking for it. Only wish that they gave you more email review requests, at least half as much as the orders

I just started using this app. It sends out automatic requests for reviews or allows me to manually request reviews. It also added a review section to every product page. Loox allows for photo customer review even at its most basic level which didn't seem to be an option with the other apps that I considered. It would be great if customers could submit more than one photo. Maybe this is available in upgraded subscription levels? I'm still learning about Loox but so far I'm off to a good start.
