Easy to use. 9.99 USD/month plan for starters is very friendly for businesses just starting up. Integration with Shopify is good, customers who receive an email can use just one click to submit a review, which is effortless for the customer. That is a very nice feature.
Customization of the review request email is very limited, hoping to improve it to suit more branded customization.

I installed this 2 days ago and in 2 days it has collected more reviews from me than YOPTO has in 2 months. So that is a major plus. Somethings that need improvement/features that would be helpful:

1. Ability to see/preview the email that gets sent and add branding (like logo etc) right now you can tell the app the text you want in the email, but cannot see the email, edit the subject, add logo etc.

2. Page in app to view and moderate all of the reviews that have been submitted.

3. Ability to respond to a review.

So far though very happy with the response given that had the other review system did not get as many reviews sent as I have with LOOX so far. I also like that it lets people comment on the fit/size etc, which is specific to fashion/apparel. I also like that users can attached photos (but it is not required) and that incentives can be offered to encourage feedback.

Necessary, but expensive. Use of the starter plan is very limited, until you have a scaled business can be limiting. Although conversion rate after using loox has improved dramatically. From 0 conversions to over 10 in a week after using.

L'application permet d'afficher les avis des clients, mais je rencontre quelques difficultés au niveau de la search console.
