It's not really beginner-friendly compared to other email marketing apps. I can't even see the design of the forms I'll send out to my customers. Half of the time I'm looking at the settings and I don't even know what it's saying. The chat support isn't good either since you'd expect someone to come online and talk to you but you have to email them for an answer.

Customer service gets 5 stars. Jemuel replied to my question in a matter of minutes. Obviously knowledgeable well prepared. No additional information required; it was very well handled. I only rated the app overall 4 stars because I need to periodically turn the pop-up widget off on mobile screens. It seems to come back on its own.
