Great app and super customer service team. Have tried other apps but none of them allow of as much control and automation as Loox. Highly Recommend.
Very helpful and extremely fast customer support! I had an issue with reviews not showing on my theme and they fixed the code for me in less than 24 hours.

I used Loox for roughly a year and I never had any problems with it. The only reason I switched to a free app is because my customers don't seem to be that interested in leaving photo reviews (even with the discount offer) and our budget is very limited at the moment. If you can afford it, definitely go with Loox! Shout out to Chester who helped me with an issue after uninstalling the app. He responded to my service request within minutes and had the issue resolved immediately... on a SUNDAY. Thank you!! Best customer service ever. :)

Best App and Support that I have used in Shopify Store. I recommend all stores to use it. Specially for newly launched store who want conversions.
