Very easy to use and intuitive. Massive asset for my ecom store. I was a bit unclear about the different plans but the chart explains the differences very well.

Cheap and cheerful - does what it says on the tin. We switched away from Yotpo. Loox was easier to set up, less restrictive and a better price. Nice feature was the incentivised review requests. Our review rate has shot up considerably.
