Loox is a fantastic shopify app for building customer trust and engagement through reviews, written and picture/video, and customer rewards thereafter. The rewards system is both a useful sales and high quality review incentive. The ability to smoothly embed Loox widgets and notifications on our platform, fully customizable with our branding, also provides a holistic customer experience to interact with. We're very happy with Loox and look forward to seeing how they can further iterate on their service!

LOVE IT. still learning but it is a great app with mini tutorials - it shows user friendly coding as well as step by step instructions!
