I'll be honest, I haven't used any other app other than Loox. It converts well, but I haven't split tested it against any other apps. Been using it for 2-3 years with all sorts of different stores, And I know for a FACT that people read the reviews since my customers send me messages about how they've read the reviews and saw X Y and Z... which persuaded them to buy from us. The only thing I would add to Loox would be to decrease the price for review requests, as it is somewhat extortionate (though I understand why it would cost so much) when you get to 2000+ orders etc. That's all. My only single complaint after 2-3 years of use. But haha, it pays itself 20x+ over anyway, since social proof is very powerful. I guess it's just personal preference really. Looks good, converts well, what more do you want? Customer service? Idk, only used a few times and I can't even remember, they were probably amazing. The fact that you don't need to use the customer service is a testament to the quality of the app in and of itself. That's all I have to say folks. Enjoy the rest of your day :)
