SMS & Email Marketing and easy to use all in 1 app with a free 14 days trial making it idle for beginners even if you're about to purchase a plan it will still be such huge advantage for you to save money as the app is not only providing an easy way to import reviews.
I am really happy with the customer support and the functionalities of the app. I think that a good support does a lot for the overall experience which results in me having a great time with Loox so far and I would definitely recommend it further!
I had a really great experience with this app on my old store. So now I still choose loox as the review app for my new store. It's very user-friendly and marketing-wise. And their customer service is also exceptional! Lots of thanks to Channelle for patiently helping me solve the issue very quickly and making the widget even perfect for my store branding!
