I came here to leave a 1-star review, read the others, and now I realize Loox is significantly worse than I already thought. My main issue is that I'm paying money for a system that refuses to let me moderate the content. So if someone leaves a BS review, I can't delete it. I'm not talking about a legit bad review, but about irrelevant / off-topic / support requests etc. I can "flag" reviews which apparently just delays publication -- although apparently, according to other 1-star reviews, all these bad reviews, even if unpublished, show up in Google anyway. Even worse: I just realized the app pre-approved its own spending limit of $585 per month (!). I can't change it to a lower number. THAT'S $7000 PER YEAR for a reviews app.

Ive been using Loox for more than 7 years. There's a reason I'm still using it.
As we evolve they continue to raise the bar. I'm very happy with the service they have.
My favorite is the automations. I can seamlessley setup review emails and add them to our collection which get displayed on our PDPs and website.
