App works great, been using it for years. Support is always responsive, Rina helped me today and helped fix a couple issues when we changed over to our new template very quickly.
Great app but they charge you EXTRA $40 FOR EVERY 300 orders after the first 300. Without any notice I got big bill due to Black Friday sales.
Compared to the competition this is like 40x the price. changing to another app and recommend to anyone with more than 300 orders to BEWARE.

LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE APPS. DO NOT USE THIS OR PAY FOR SCALE PLAN. Loox Used to be a good app. When contacting them with a issue in order to help me i had to upgrade my plan and then when i got in touch after upgrading they close the chat as soon as they get a chance so without any human help.
