Been using Loox for about 2 years, this is our first review.
Recently, we were having some issues integrating the reviews widget into an updated theme, and there were some code changes I was unable to spot or make on my own.
Laurence assisted promptly and got the issue solved in a few hours, great support there from Loox.
Love Loox Reviews! We used it for years seamlessly. We updated our theme and I had so many issues trying to integrate the new theme to the app myself, I emailed them and had a reply from Jodel almost instantly. The completely set up the theme and fixed everything that I was messing with in literally less than 30 minutes.
