The superb UX and collection process has resulted in Mermaid Wax having more overall reviews than ALL of the other companies in our industry COMBINED! Love Loox Reviews! We used it for years seamlessly. We updated our theme and I had so many issues trying to integrate the new theme to the app myself, I emailed them and had a reply from Jodel almost instantly. The completely set up the theme and fixed everything that I was messing with in literally less than 30 minutes. Loox and Jodel gave some of the next custom support I have ever received from a Shopify app! So easy to work with!
We've been using Loox for a few years and love it. We did have some code issues and Sara in support sorted it all out for us very quickly. Thanks Loox
