Paul is a fantastic representative! He was so professional, pleasant, and understanding. There is enough stress that comes along with e-commerce. He pointed out things for me to take a look at to help out for now and in the future. I'm happy that I made the decision to download this app!

Three out of three!!! I now have the rivo popup, reviews and loyalty apps installed. So easy to use and if you get stuck the customer service is amazing. Abbie has been so helpful, I really cant recommend rivo enough!

So far I love this app it makes things so much easier and they recommend things that I forgot about or didn't think of. Not to mention the speedy response from the customer service representative. Abbie is one of the representatives ive encountered she's very speedy knowledgeable and helful.
