Although I haven't launched my store yet, I truly love this app. I am thankful that Bold offered the option of having the code installed by them, which means the world to someone like myself who isn't tech savvy. Once the code was installed and I republished my store, the app worked like a charm. This company offers top notch customer service. I especially want to acknowledge and give a sincere THANK YOU to ALEXA for her patience and sticking with me through my learning curve. Two thumbs up to you ALEXA!!! Because of my positive experience, I look forward to trying Bold's other apps as my business grows.

I use many apps by bold e-commerce, but this app has made it very simplistic for me to be able to add different pricing levels for loyal customers or for membership status. I use this app on one of my many sites and have memberships for sale. This app allows me to add one price for the product and then be able to discount from that price based on their level of membership. It has allowed me the freedom to not have to keep up with all the pricing based on a person's membership level. MC has been my girl. I have griped and complained to her about a certain new app that is being launch which is tremendous for my business. The loyalty rewards points system app. I had accidentally uploaded 1300 emails in to my customer base on Shopify and it took my monthly bill from zero dollars to $99 per month. Huge mistake on my part and I desperately did not want to pay that much if I had no customers. To make a long story short, MC and I have been playing email tag with each other, but she came through and help me in a big way and I certainly appreciate that type of technical assistance when I'm paying a lot of money for apps and multiple stores.

I loved the idea of this app in that a customer could buy anything in the store with the right amount of points not just some pre-assigned product or coupon. I liked the look of it too. I installed the code myself using the easy instructions but ran into some problems that I didn't understand. I'm not sure if I was making myself clear but after the first go round with support they escalated it to a higher level support so they could explain my settings it to me better and how to fix them. 5/5. They were patient and professional with my questions.

Great app with a good amount of customizability. Really helps that the charge only applies from 51 or more customers. MC is particularly helpful and does her best to get the issues fixed within her means. Their customer service standards really show what they place first in the business - customers, not profits

Our business works in the pet industry, with loyalty points we provide our customers the option to convert their earned points into a cash donation that we donate to local animal shelters and charities. We feel this has grown great awareness from family and friends so far, and after launch we expect positive feedback.

3rd app with Bold, customer service is fast, convenient, and knowledgeable. No complaints here.

I have been looking high and low for an app like the Loyalty points. As an artist who painted custom portraits, most of my clients are referrals. Being able to reward my customers with a show of appreciation like loyalty points is a great way to show how much I appreciate their referrals.

We've been using bold loyalty points and our customer's love it! I believe it's helped set us apart from our competitors and definitely increased our sales. Paul from customer support was a great help when we had some technical questions! Highly recommend this app

The_Cavy_Closet is community based. A lot of Guinea Pig owners are saving money to buy new fleece blankets and sharing about it on IG already so Loyality points is the perfect rewards system for my customers to earn "Cavy Carrots" by sharing, commenting and making purchases. I'm still making changes because it can get really specific, so having manual options is a really helpful way to increase value.

There was a woman in a Shopify webinar who said Quantity Breaks is the secret sauce so that brought me to Bold and The Cavy Community around the world will benefit from both apps.

I talked to MC on the phone and she answered questions I didn't really know I had. Then she followed up with some examples of rewards pages in an email so I spent the day online shopping and thinking of creating my own points systems called Carrots.

Carrots are cool too because they expire so that adds a little urgency. I have been really inspired like this for a little while now. Thank you.
