We love Love Loyalty. Their interface is very easy to use and has been a great improvement from other loyalty programs, especially on the point of sale end. Whenever we have a question or issue they are always super easy to communicate with

Having been using another free app for a while we knew it was time to update our website and a mission to find a new rewards partner was on.

We absolutely love this app

After exploring and trying out various rewards and loyalty programs, we settled on Love Loyalty for our customers.

We chose it because it just works so easily, both for us and our customers. To highlight what we enjoyed the most:

- The loyalty information displays on the website instantly, no annoying spinners/loaders
- The loyalty information is integrated into the website, instead of a pop up widget
- Can be added to the cart drawer/page
- Easy to customize or override the styling
- An amazing support team that has addressed all my questions and requests very quickly in a friendly and professional way

I have tried several loyalty apps and so far I love this one. Easy to setup, has a clean customer forward interface and best of all only wants the customers Birthday in MM/DD format which is better as many people are sensitive about their age. Another feature is its integration into Klaviyo so we can send out Birthday rewards etc.

Overall, I would recommended the app! There is a glitch (or maybe it’s just room for improvement) but I will start with the pros!

Pros:
- Marton and his team are exceptionally responsive and helpful! They always get back to my questions promptly and care a lot of about customer satisfaction. I mean it when I say exceptional, nothing like any other app owners I’ve encountered.

-The app itself is so neat! I love how it will reward my loyal customers (which in and of itself is a better business plan than always trying to get new customers).

Con:

The only con (and its minor enough that I still gave the app 5 stars), is that even when your settings are set on “draft” mode and you’re still trying to figure things out, customers can still receive and see points accumulated. Because I haven’t fully launched the program yet, I’d love if my customers couldn’t see anything at all about points. I don’t want them thinking they’re getting points when I’m not quite ready yet! I wish draft setting really was a draft, not seen by anyone yet but the store owner.
