We love Love Loyalty. Their interface is very easy to use and has been a great improvement from other loyalty programs, especially on the point of sale end. Whenever we have a question or issue they are always super easy to communicate with

The Love Loyalty Team is great to work with. Very accessible and patient. They will help you get everything up and running smoothly and has even been there when I have questions down the road. Since putting the program in place - I have gotten wonderful feedback from our customers how they appreciate the program and like being able to use it on their purchases. I had worked with 2 other loyalty programs prior to finally discovering Love and this one just makes sense. I like that the program can grow and expand as we are ready. We had issues because we migrated orders from another website which trigger this app and blocked us from using it. Customer support is great, they helped us unblock it and even refunded all the charges! They are the best because they always help you, understand your situation, and give a quick solution.

Any issues or questions that came up were handled right away, which made working through the initial kinks smooth, time efficient and never frustrating. That level of attentive customer service is pretty rare.

The support team is incredibly fast and helpful. I needed to import a large historical points database for my existing customers, and they handled the CSV import for me within minutes! The integration with Shopify is smooth, and the customer service is top-notch.
