Love Loyalty Program & Rewards

Great app, works very well natively in our store and is a popular addition. The developers are helpful and I had a nice meeting with Balint about exciting additions to their platform. Hopefully our insight (among others) will help them shape useful apps (alongside this one) going forward!

It was super easy to set up, and whenever I have a question, customer support replies super fast and in a helpful way. More and more of our customers joins the loyalty program, never seen this before although I tried other loyalty programs as well. I love how easily I can customize the app blocks. I can only recommend! Definitely five star!

I had some issues setting up the Info-Page but Balint from the Team was super helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Now everything works perfectly. I really like the features offered - not cluttered just right and what I need. I can recommend the app and team a lot!

I've been using the Love Loyalty Program & Rewards app for a few months now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality and ease of use. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to customize the rewards system to fit my store's needs in no time.

One of the standout features for me is the flexibility it offers in terms of reward types—customers can earn points through purchases, referrals, and social media engagement, which keeps them coming back for more. The point system is easy to manage, and the app integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store, providing a smooth user experience both for me as a store owner and for my customers.

What I love most is the ability to offer discounts and special promotions as rewards. This has not only increased my customer retention but has also boosted my sales, as more people are motivated to engage with the brand to earn rewards.

Customer support has been excellent as well. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded promptly and with clear guidance.

This app works great for our first Loyalty Program. One of the advantages is that customers can redeem points for a discount % on their next order.

The support (in this case from Balint) was really great during the setup.

Brilliant! I've switched from Smile as Love Loyalty provide many more features that Smile doesn't offer (or you had to have Shopify Plus). Very impressed how easy it was to setup, love all the features that are available. Best bit is going to be customers can add rewards straight into the basket and see their balance. No more guesswork for them. Customer service is incredible and super quick - Balint was amazing! Big thank you to them especially. Couldn't recommend more.
