I just want to take a moment to say how much I’ve appreciated working with Balint and the team at Love Loyalty Programme. Balint has been absolutely fantastic—he knows his stuff inside and out, and he’s been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process.

The system itself is super easy to use (it was honestly just me overcomplicating things at times!), and Balint made sure I understood everything clearly. He was always available to answer my questions and went out of his way to make sure I felt confident in using the platform.

That said, there’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas—nothing major, just some tweaks that could make the experience even smoother. But overall, the team is doing an amazing job, and the platform is a great tool for building customer loyalty.

The app does exactly what it says on the tin, with no frills or time wasters. My set up and migration to Love Loyalty was super easy. The support representative answered the chat immediately, and was able to upload all of my customer files within minutes. Their helpdesk website is extremely easy to navigate, so finding answers to my questions hasn't been difficult at all so far. I haven't yet integrated the app on my Shopify storefront, but based on my experience so far I'm very pleased with Love and hope my customers are, too!
