Very expensive and all the better features are more. That being said it is worth the money. It is a great program and offers a lot of features that make it worth the cost.
I do wish the in cart additions and a bit more customization was available but I do enjoy the customer service and it makes the program valuable.
The support team is usually quite helpful and responsive (within one business day, sometimes quicker). Only downside is that some great functionality like tiered point rewards and public-facing (without singup requirement) point structure are not suppoered in lower-tier version (e.g. we're using small business plan).

There was a bug in the system that meant that discount codes were not auto-populating on customer profiles. Hannah Cook, with the assistance of the Technical Team, sorted the issue for us quickly and efficiently.

Great add on, great customer service from the support staff, really happy and it is boosting our customer retention well.
I would like to see tighter integration of social referral buttons on the product pages (out of the box) but i am pretty sure I will be able to work out how to do this using their API when i get a chance.

LL has increased our sales a lot, it still has some issues needs to be solved, but overall the system is very helpful. support team are great.

Haven't used this for long. Customers seem to like the idea of the rewards. Have had one redemption and there was a hic-up or two because we didn't understand what we were doing, but we quickly got it resolved and my customer was very happy with the end savings. We're just using the basic plan for now until we see how much the customers actually use it. But for now, we are encouraged.
Namita was very helpful in going over how our program is working and suggesting ways to improve it. The app works great, but it does need to include some extra features.

Overall Loyalty Lion is a good system, the auto generated loyalty page helps you get up and running quickly and they integrate with all the major e-commerce platforms and apps. The backend is also easy to set up and navigate. We have had a few issues here and there but they have been addressed by the team.

I love this app, better than the S loyalty system. One major reason is this app can be totally customized and internationalized. Also the whole design is more comprehensive.
A function missing in this app is the importing function. But their is very responsive, and they promise they are working on imputing function.
