Not a great start. We have installed the app and we are stuck on the onboarding screen which we cannot switch off. There is no "x" or "close" button. Chat support exists but they are replying very slowly and unwilling to help. It has been the second day of "using" or even not using the app and we cannot do anything.

The reason for seeing the onboarding screen which is stopping you from moving forward is due to exceeding the allotted order volume limit for the free plan (800 orders).
We are actively trying to engage with you on the situation and hope we hear back from your team soon so that we will be able to support/assist further
We are using LL for more than a year across multiple shopify stores and the entire experience was top notch! From onboarding, to calls regarding setup, to different questions, to customer support these guys are really professional. I'm the Head of Marketing and I really recommend them!
Our store's PrivatePrize.com photography templates sales jumped to 50% after installation. Our Photography Clients are appreciating the use of Private Rewards through LoyaltyLion.
It was so easy to start! Awesome anybody can set up this. I would like to comeback and write another great review after i see the success of this additional benefit to my business.

New to the app so no feedback on performance as of yet, but super easy to install, integrated very well and easy to operate. The customer service from Sia was exceptional. Answered all my questions and gave some great advice.
the app was good on day one, day 2 it has disappeared from our website?? it still shows installed in the backend, but stopped showing. strange !

I couldnt switch off their widget from my website so i contacted the chat support. No one was in the chat. After ONE HOUR of waiting support contacted me back. They say "free plan" but if you want to switch on/off their widget you have to join advanced plan (699$/month) or plus plan (1500$/month). AMAZING!

Whilst we can always support in un-launching the program for you, we don't suggest toggling this on and off once you're launched as this can impact your customers' ability to earn points and interact with the program on the whole. I am setting up this new app and it was very straightforward - however, it's a pity the extra add on Premium charges are not more obvious at the outset. It would be useful to have more of this explained at the beginning of the process
