We continue to have success with this rewards platform. Recently, we've really ramped up our usage of the offerings and continue to have our needs met and then some. The team and our account manager are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our account manager (Vicky) has really helped push us forward to use more functions within the platform and expand our program. She's great!

We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. Our customers love the ease with which they can turn their regular purchases into valued savings and our e-commerce sales metrics are steadily improving as a result of the platform.

Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

We're currently implementing Loyalty Lion and we're having an amazing experience -especially because of Jonathan's great service during our onboarding process. He's extremely friendly and patient - and super serviceminded. It's a pleasure working with him and Loyalty Lion and we're super exited to finally launch our loyalty programme in the nearest future.
