Update: love the new custom reward types - I can literally offer anything as a reward! Super cool!!
Great app, very easy to set-up, it is so good I wanted to review it twice :)
Perfect for engaging customers, bringing them back and keeping them happy with rewards. Customers actively help you promote your products through their social networks which is great for building brand awareness and increasing sales. An essential app for anyone on the Shopify network. The support is fantastic too.

We are very happy with Loyalty Lion, and our customers love it. It works seamlessly with our online store and our Shopify retail POS, which is really important for us. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that it's a costly program when your customer base is as large as ours. However, it truly has created loyal customers who like collecting points, so the cost is worth it in the end.
Superb app for Shopify users. This takes loyalty above and beyond the basics and has all the right integrations for a comprehensive tech stack.

We've only had our Loyalty Dept. live for a few weeks but so far we're very happy with the functionality, our community is loving the rewards and the overall experience is very nice. I would recommend LL if your thinking of rewarding your loyal customers and improving your customer lifetime value.

Terrible. My account did not work for 6 months. They never helped and no refund for it. They still have not responded to me.

Our loyalty app for the past 2-3 years, I believe. They are pretty decent. Got probably the most integrations with other tools. There could be more upgrades to their dashboard as it looks the same since day one. Definitely not the cheapest solution.
Namita is very helpful suggesting improvements to the program, the points/rewards structure. Definitely appreciate that.

Rewards are working fantastically. You'll instantly see the results when you go live with the system and our customers have nothing but praise. Easy to manage and navigate in the backend. Our specialist has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Highly recommend you consider this app to help build a relationship with your customer base.
