Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

So far we are absolutely loving the customer service with Loyalty Lion. I hope once we launch we can continue to get the support . So far I am extremely impressed and excited to launch this. Once it gets going we will definitely update our review.

Extremely easy to setup and manage. The instructions were clear and straightforward. It has done a great job of bringing new traffic to our website. Highly recommend!

I have tried MANY reward apps!
This is the *absolute best* Reward program out there for shopify store owners in my opinion. I never write reviews (I know I should) but I am so in love with this app and how I get to specify the exact features I want to use and pay for, and the ones I do not need to save money. Other reward apps will only allow for like 50 orders in their base plan, or 50 new customers. Problem with that is the orders who only buy a single small value item; or if based on just new customers, then most of them are signing up for the program for points, but not buying anything. I love this app because it's absolutely free no matter how many customers/orders you have, but you get to choose your own plan of how to reward the customers, which is also really affordable! An example: Pay $10/month, you get a feature added to reward customers for reviews they make; Pay another certain amount a month, you get a feature added to reward customers for their birthdays. There are a ton of ways to customize this app, and I adore it so much! Please keep up the amazing work, LoyaltyLion!

Incredible app and customer service by Luana superresponsive and enchanting. Very happy so far with the help instalating it and the results. Heads up to Oscar of the sales team.

People complaining about pricing on here is a little confusing to me - It seemed perfectly transparent to me when I signed up 6 months ago, and I was able to start small and incrementally add paid features only as I needed them. All the paid features are laid out on a single page with easy "add/remove" buttons. EASY - The only tech support request I've had so far was responded do and addressed quickly by their team. I'm a happy customer so far!
