Very easy to use and customize! Love the premium features but its only free for 14days. Hopefully, Loyalty Lion can release more features for the free users to help us scale up our business! I wouldn't mind paying for premium if I could achieve 400 orders and up monthly :D
Whilst we didn't have the best onboarding experience with Loyalty Lion, our customer relations manager Hannah has been amazing with helping us optimise our loyalty programme, responding promptly to any queries or concerns we have and finding a solution and scheduling regular calls to run through our progress with LL.

People do like the fact they get discounts for shopping with you. Loyalty Lions does this fairly well. The only criticism that I could provide is its a bit slow to provide the information at the Point of Sale. Otherwise it works well and the customers love it.
We tried the app but it did not work for us. Support is great- Always available. FYI- emails cannot come from your server and the back end - needed a lot of code work - to make it pretty you need a developer.
So far so good, I would prefer the option to have i not in a modal popup which is why it's only 4 stars, otherwise it's perfect.
Great features but email enchantment is really expensive...... Maybe if there would be few price points depending of the size of email database.... Just a thought. If there would be a cheaper option for small, start up business I would sign up but at start up phase it is just too expensive.

The Free Shopify Plan allows you to start small, without the need to commit to the higher, paid subscription. It allows you to incrementally add paid features only as you need them.
However, if you’d like to email your customers, you can do it manually. Simply go to the tab “customers” and click the button “export” in the top right corner. This will provide a list of customers that you can use in your current email service provider.

Great app to use for those companies wanting to increase customer return rate! Email integration with Klaviyo is a bit tricky and more documentation around this would be great..

Libby has been really great to work with and very responsive beyond the initial onboarding period. I was a former user of the BEANS loyalty program which gave out thousands of bonus points without permission to my customers. This caused a lot of time, effort and energy to be expended in our organization that will never be recouped or accounted for. That left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth and was the end of BEANS for us. I switched us to Loyalty Lion and so far have had no issues. Today I was even given a bonus gift by Lottie (great cs by the way) adding some free enhancements to my plan. I greatly appreciate that assistance, as the enhancements are EXPENSIVE (which is why only 4 stars-very overpriced).
Overall it is a nice platform. The only rewards program that gives you a DTC & B2B option in 1 program. The onboarding process was a little tricky as our onboarding manager was several time zones away from us.
