Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none. We have a wonderful account manager Anusha who has been on hand every time we have needed something. No matter it being big or small.
Great loyalty program!

Really pleased with the support and implementation process of this app. Libby was always so quick to respond, and if there was ever an issue/changes I needed making to our Loyalty programme landing page, she was on top of it - SO efficient. This is what customer service should always look like. Thanks Libby!

In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way. We've also factored 'double points' days into sales events which we hope will result in a higher conversion for our Loyalty club members.

Overall, happy so far!

Our store has benefitted greatly from LoyaltyLion! The integration of loyalty programs and gamification elements like badges and leaderboards has significantly boosted customer interaction. We’d also like to thank Sathiya and the tech team for their excellent support—they were fast, helpful, and on point. Highly recommend!

Love Loyaltylion. Not only the software does an excellent job but the customer service is outstanding. They are pro-active and are always thinking ahead about how we can improve our loyalty program. I can absolutely recommend them.

The onboarding process was a piece of cake with the support of Libby White and her team! What could have been an overwhelming process was made easy with the team's very clear communication during the process and the checklists they provided kept it all very organized. Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and we were able to customize the great emails they setup in Klaviyo. Libby was there every step of the way with any questions I had and we just recently launched and are excited to see all the ways that this program supports our customers and our revenue.

Let me start by saying Freya, our onboarding manager, is absolutely incredible to work with! She always goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The program itself has great features and is easy to understand and customize. Anytime I've needed anything or had a question, I was always met with kindness, professionalism and a solution. Again, thank you Freya, along with the team at Loyalty Lion, for an awesome experience. I look forward to working with them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to start a loyalty program!! 10 stars!!
