Super easy platform to use. Customers love the programme and all staff find it super easy to use. CSMs and support are always super quick to reply and really helpful. Would highly recommend this loyalty programme.

We moved from another loyalty program to Loyalty Lion and had a great experience with the migration. Our onboarding manager Sammy helped us throughout the process and that made the journey so much easier. So far the app is working well, no particular issues. Definitely a great app for customer loyalty and retention. Their customer support is great and very responsive, always returning your emails and try to do their best to resolve your issues.
