First and foremost, I have to say, their customer service is simple AMAZING, they respond to emails super quick and provide guidance when needed.
The program is good for us because the customization is brilliant – you can use all your store colours and it integrates beautifully! With the other apps that I tried, they stuck out, (wish I’d found this sooner and not wasted time) and it wasn’t a good customer experience. The set up process is super simple and takes no time at all!
The customers do keep coming back – now I’m just excited to see what new things are going to come soon!

This app is easy to install and use. It also able to track and include customers who had signed up before this app is installed. One suggestion I could give is allowing expiry date to the points. This will encourage customers to have the urgency to use the points.
We have been really pleased with Loyalty Lion so far, the setup was easy and they are quick to offer answers and help. Our customers have enjoyed the features, as well. Will update as we use it more!
Update, 10 months in: although we are leaving Loyalty Lion it's truly not them, it's us. We are a small team of less than 10 people and currently deep in changing our website, the back end of our organization and doing a deep dive into our informational pages and we need to focus our energies on that instead of other programs. It's a great platform that I found easy to navigate and I enjoyed being able to add in so many reward options. The team was always quick to respond and easy to work with. If you are interested in a platform with a TON of customization options and features and a responsive team, this is the one for you.

I must it admit it started off a little slow for us with the basic package, but once we upgraded to the starter plan and the emails started to go out thats when we started to see the turn around. Its a great program and their customers service is first class. Kerri Ford is the representative who helps us out and we can't say enough about her!
So far we are really enjoying the perks and individually selectable features. It makes it possible for you to build the program that fits the size of your business. Overall we are really excited to see how this program pans out over the next quarter.
