Hi,

We recently started using the app and the set up is very simple. My review is more to point out how helpful the customer service has been with the initial issue we had. Spoke to them and had the issue dealt with within three days. Very help and friendly staff.

The support team is usually quite helpful and responsive (within one business day, sometimes quicker). Only downside is that some great functionality like tiered point rewards and public-facing (without singup requirement) point structure are not suppoered in lower-tier version (e.g. we're using small business plan).

There was a bug in the system that meant that discount codes were not auto-populating on customer profiles. Hannah Cook, with the assistance of the Technical Team, sorted the issue for us quickly and efficiently.

Loyalty Lion has helped us move our loyalty system online allowing for a much streamlines experience for our customers and greatly reducing the admin time needed to manage the loyalty scheme. A major plus point is the integration with Recharge allowing us to offer subscribers extra points thus incentivising repeat purchase via subscriptions.

New to Loyaltylion, we are still exploring the App but so far it is a robust and user-friendly app. The integration and services are working smoothly. Also, our Onboarding manager Libby is very helpful and supportive.

We are really happy with our new loyalty program. After investing some time in the front end we managed to have a customized page that represents not only our brand but also provides a lot of benefits to our loyal customer base.

Just launched our program and it was surprisingly easy. Our Loyalty Lion onboarding manager Jonathan McCarthy went above and beyond and provided more help and resources than we even needed. So far so good! We'll see how well it augments our profits in a few months from now but so far it's been easy, seamless with shopify, and our customers haven't had too many CS issues. Thanks Loyalty Lion!

Great app so far! Everything seems to be working great and I like the fact that there is a small tab at the bottom of the window where people can join the loyalty program. I hope this will get me some returning customers in the future!
