We've only had our Loyalty Dept. live for a few weeks but so far we're very happy with the functionality, our community is loving the rewards and the overall experience is very nice. I would recommend LL if your thinking of rewarding your loyal customers and improving your customer lifetime value.

Libby has been really great to work with and very responsive beyond the initial onboarding period. Understanding the platform and its full potential takes some time, but Libby has been patient and communicative which is appreciated! Looking forward to seeing some great results with our loyalty program!

We're new to LL and our first impression is positive. The onboarding was very smooth, our onboarding manager Sammy was super helpful and quick. He helped us design a nice customised loyalty page and answered every question. I was a former user of the BEANS loyalty program which gave out thousands of bonus points without permission to my customers. We are working with Loyaltylion for few months now and the platform is great. it ticked all our boxes. The customer-care is quick and proactive, they answered our question in a very efficient way. I would definitely recommend this app.

Kicked off our rewards program today and so far so good. Onboarding has been very smooth thanks to LoyaltyLion "success manager", Jonathan, and the whole Roswell Studios team.
