This is a great resourceful tool to gain new customers. Try it out you will like it. Enjoy this app. Great way of collecting emails.

The app itself is pretty nice and easy to use. However, the support is crap. You can't contact them directly. You have to send a message in a chat box and hope they answer, which they don't. There's no email address or submission form.

Also, be warned, you cannot turn off Shopify's automated customer notification when an account is created. If you also set up a welcome email through Loyalty Lion, your customer will get two emails. It's easiest to forego the Loyalty Lion welcome email and just customize Shopify's automated email.

Installed the program about 4 months ago, but the feedback from clients is very poor. Contacted the sales rep who sold it to me and asked 2 questions:
1. If we can analyse the bad performance together, but very disappointing I was being told LoyaltyLion doesn't do "performance" calls. This was the same person I spoke to about 40 times before signing up for one year.
2. Asked him how can I cancel my subscription (don't want any unexpected auto-renewals) and again very disappointing I was told I need to contact support.
Contacted support few days ago but until now no answer.
Find it kind of strange all this companies where you can not actually cancel what you signed for with a click of a button.
3. The widget button covers the call to action on my cart drawer, asked them how can I move the widget up and I was told at the moemnt this is not possible.
To sumarize: cancelation policy not very clear, program doesn't perform well and the widget button covers the Checkout button !
Very, very disapointed ! Don't recommend this app !

People do like the fact they get discounts for shopping with you. Loyalty Lions does this fairly well. The only criticism that I could provide is its a bit slow to provide the information at the Point of Sale. Otherwise it works well and the customers love it.

We tried the app but it did not work for us. Support is great- Always available. FYI- emails cannot come from your server and the back end - needed a lot of code work - to make it pretty you need a developer.

WOW! I interviewed a few different Loyalty platforms before selecting Loyalty Lion and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I SELECTED THEM! Not only was the initial sales person informative, but the on-boarding was AMAZING! Sophie was incredible. We went through the entire program in under 45 minutes and I was ready to go! The interface is simple, yet you can make it as advanced as you want with all of their integrations they allow. We LOVE this program, it integrates will into the shopify platform! THANK YOU!

So far so good, I would prefer the option to have i not in a modal popup which is why it's only 4 stars, otherwise it's perfect.

Very expensive. They lock you into a year contract and it's not better than any other loyalty app. The integrations are basic and the support is even worse.

Not a terrible app, just not worth the price at all.
