Have a problem with LoyaltyLion after changing our theme, but the problem is solved in real quick fashion within a day, thanks a lot.

Support from Lottie and Cecillia are superb! Swift and fully understand what customer means. Live chat support help out lots faster.

Migrating and set up everything just took me an hour from start to launch!

Interface was easy to use and understand, analysis dashboard is pack with information

We have been using this app for years with little to no issues. Any issues or questions have been addressed by the developer quickly. We use this to generate points and offer rewards to our repeat customers.

So far this app works great for us. I am happy to see that the developers finally decided to offer it for free. They also have "cafeteria" style option where you can build from the free plan and choose ways for your customers to earn points that suit your business. That's a big plus for us! Being able to embed the app into a page and edit css is also a plus.

We rebranded and changed our domain and Amber helped me seamlessly transfer our old loyalty point program to our new domain --something which I thought would be much more difficult and time consuming. So grateful for that easy switch because our customers love this program!

Price: Best value for money app for all sized businesses looking to reward customers for making purchases/referring your business. Looked into various options.

Design: excellent nice and easy for customers & store owners to use.

Performance: So far we have seen a big increase in customers creating accounts. This clearly shows customers are looking to spend & receive rewards for their spending.

Support: Been great & helpful so far. Getting an email response within 1 day.

Great support and on-boarding process for a top-tier loyalty program. Integrates nicely into the site with minimal effort. Totally intuitive so customers have seamlessly started using the program without much of an effort. We just started our first double-points event and the response is nice!
