We used this platform to launch the first version of our Rewards Program. With the great onboarding process and support we were able to go live really fast. A few functionalities had to be custom made, however it was fairly easy and didn't delay the launch target date.

Setting up and customizing was made a lot easier with the help of Kasia and the team at Loyalty Lion. There are so many features and integrations on this platform, and we're so excited to see the difference this makes on our store!

After considering and experimenting with Sweet Tooth and Swell, which were somewhat inflexible and overpriced, we're glad we found LoyaltyLion. Very happy with the app - also to the quick response and a solution from LL to issues or questions that pop up. Some teething issues still with free shipping working 100% of the time with the loyalty points, but we are getting there!
