Definitely a great app for customer loyalty and retention. Their customer support is great and very responsive, always returning your emails and try to do their best to resolve your issues. Although you already can find the core features which you might expect from a loyalty program, they are keen on developing new functionalities for the app. Plus this is the only loyalty app on the market which supports modifying and translating every bit of information in your customer-facing interface of the program. I can't recommend it more.

This service is an awesome way to grow your customer base and a fabulous and easy way to retain your existing customers. The customizability of Loyalty Lion is why we chose them.
It is not the most self-explanatory if you intend to customize a lot.
Omar and Jonny were both very nice and great to work with. The onboarding process could have been a bit smoother, i.e. getting answers from the team sometimes took longer than expected.
However, our experience with the team was highly customized and we are really excited to see our growth using Loyalty Lion.

Libby was helpful during onboarding, and we are excited to see how the program performs. There is very detailed documentation for all stages of the set up too.

I'm constantly disappointed with the lack of customer service. Any issues I have takes DAYS to get sorted. Really poor customer service department. I'll be leaving this app as soon as I find a suitable replacement.

Haven't used this for long. Customers seem to like the idea of the rewards. Have had one redemption and there was a hic-up or two because we didn't understand what we were doing, but we quickly got it resolved and my customer was very happy with the end savings. We're just using the basic plan for now until we see how much the customers actually use it. But for now, we are encouraged.
