Overall Loyalty Lion is a good system, the auto generated loyalty page helps you get up and running quickly and they integrate with all the major e-commerce platforms and apps. The backend is also easy to set up and navigate. We have had a few issues here and there but they have been addressed by the team.

We have only recently signed up for Loyalty Lion and so far I have been nothing but impressed with the platform, integrations and the service. Our implantation partner Jonathan has been so incredibly helpful in ensuring that we are utilizing best practices but also that the program aligns with our brand values. We spoke to a lot of loyalty programs before moving forward with LL and we are so glad that we chose them as our partner. 10/10 would recommend.

We used this app for about over a year, they have basic reward features with old technology and limited features. This is NOT the best reward program within the Shopify app store. Their tech is really lagging and its really old school and a bit basic. I also did not like support either, they try to tell you what to do. Not a good experience and I have switched to a much better program for our stores rewards that is more modern and has a better system.

We are still in the onboarding process but are very happy with Loyalty Lion thus far. Jonny has been very helpful and super flexible in scheduling to ensure that all our needs are met and questions answered.

UPDATE: They said someone would get in contact with me but no-one has and it been 10 days since I left my review. I'm now deleting the app in favour of a store credit/gift card app where the support team actually respond to you ;)
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cannot justify the cost vs ROI! Our customers don't seem to redeem their points even when we make it really easy for them - Expensive and really hasn't changed much over the years in terms of the general look and feel. I've lost hope with rewards systems after this.
