Our experience with LoyaltyLion has been great. We were new to loyalty programs in general and the team provided exceptional assistance in setting up our program. Have been with this app for 2 years. Function wise, it is very good, very handy with a lot of power functions and very stale, did not see any issue so far. The only thing i have to complaint is the pricing. The small business bundle is 159, I dont believe it is affordable for most of the SME, though they do offer to purchase by module, but compare to other app, it still seems too high. Guess this app is to design with luxury for enterprise:)

Best app we've purchases yet! Our customers love it and it's SO user friendly. Amazing customer service too! They're always there to help & check in often, as well.
We are yet to launch the app on our site but setting up the referral part has been fairly simple. We have had a lot of correspondence with LoyaltyLion via their online chat, specifically with Lottie, and their customer service so far has been excellent. Their responses and actions have been fast - so far so good!
Pain free installation. Cant wait to see how LL works for my online store!
Seamless integration so far, our onboarding manager Jonny has been very helpful and the demo calls were very insightful. Super easy to set up and it's an easy way to make some loyalty wins with customers :)

Very easy to install/use. The walk-through is flawless! I believe LoyaltyLion is going to boost my sales significantly! Who doesn't love to earn points?

Updated Review: We had a few hiccups at the beginning but these guys were able to turn it around. We are on our way to better performance for our Loyalty Program but we are not at 5 stars yet. Will update in a few weeks after the new improvements have been implemented.
In Our Opinion, switching to Loyalty Lion has been a disaster. So far so bad. We've had Loyalty Lion for about nine months it really hasn't delivered for us. We did get help from the team to set it up, but after that, it's been completely lackluster. We see very few people joining the program and very few redemptions as well. Referrals have been so low that they are almost non-existent and in loyalty purchases, we are seeing a huge drop which is so big that we even feel shame to admit it.
We were using Smile.IO before that had its limitations in our opinion, but it was definitely performing better for us for half the price. We can't honestly recommend them.

So far so good. The customer service was great and we managed to set up our own bespoke loyalty program. Once it has been integrated and in use for a few weeks I will update this review.
LoyaltyLion is a first class operation and offers amazing customer support! Tiger Underwear wanted to go beyond the standard LoyaltyLion footer and add some customization in the header as well that required some HTML knowledge. We felt it was important for our customers to "Log In" and I wanted the loyalty points to be in RED so the top header would be more noticeable. Well Kerri was more than willing to help us achieve the look until we were completely satisfied. Every question or concern we had was answered the same day. Personally, I love this app and our customers have responded positively to it. LoyaltyLion gets an A+ in every measure possible!
