Onboarding with Jonathan has been a breeze so far, we're looking forward to launching our newly revamped program. His expertise really helped us define better rules and rewards for our customers.

Great loyalty app! Everything works smoothly and easy to install.
Especially their price plan is based on sales volume and this is what I was looking for.
Other loyalty app is based on the number of customers and many customers just list their name even without making account. So I reached over 1000 customers without enough sales volume. For other app, I have to pay $59 with 2000 customers which can be reached quickly.
I heard they are working on to add 'reward for product reviews' function. That's most of apps doesn't support.

Update: love the new custom reward types - I can literally offer anything as a reward! Super cool!!

Great app, very easy to set-up, it is so good I wanted to review it twice :)

Perfect for engaging customers, bringing them back and keeping them happy with rewards. Customers actively help you promote your products through their social networks which is great for building brand awareness and increasing sales. An essential app for anyone on the Shopify network. The support is fantastic too.

Our main reason for going w/this app over some of the others available was the analytics/reports feature. That part of the program is essential. Price is great. Easy install and set-up. We were able to have a simple rewards program up and running quickly. User friendly walk-through for creating bulk coupon codes as well. Responsive design is clean and non-intrusive to the mobile shopper. Love that you can customize the color scheme to go with your store colors. Heard there is a reviews integration in the future - definitely looking forward to that!

Had several communications with the customer support team over the course of our first week and they were SUPER helpful, quick to respond and always cheerful (even when it was my mistake!).

Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy-to-run (for you) and easy-to-use (for customer) loyalty program.

Price: Best value for money app for all sized businesses looking to reward customers for making purchases/referring your business. Looked into various options.

Design: excellent nice and easy for customers & store owners to use.

Performance: So far we have seen a big increase in customers creating accounts. This clearly shows customers are looking to spend & receive rewards for their spending.

Support: Been great & helpful so far. Getting an email response within 1 day.

LoyaltyLion is a nice clean and simple rewards program.
The set up was amazing, especially compared with SLoyalty which had taken me hours to figure out.
It’s also very affordable, I can’t recommend it more!

very supportive crew and help you sort out the technical problem as possible as they can. easy to use and highly recommended! would like to see the reminder email function being provided asap!
