We are just starting with LoyaltyLion, but our onboarding experience with Jonathan McCarthy was phenomenal. He was incredibly responsive, and he did an incredible job anticipating our needs and staying one step ahead of us at all times. So far, we are blown away by our positive experience with LoyaltyLion.

Overall it is a nice platform. The only rewards program that gives you a DTC & B2B option in 1 program. The onboarding process was a little tricky as our onboarding manager was several time zones away from us.

LL has increased our sales a lot, it still has some issues needs to be solved, but overall the system is very helpful. support team are great.

We were using LoyaltyLion for 2 years. One day out of nowhere they decided to 2x our price. No communication, just updating our billing price to twice what it was. After using them 2 years, they have had zero improvements besides finally updating their UI. No new integrations. The only new tool they added was "Flows" and its behind a paywall. Found Loyalty Lion very easy to integrate and use - and allows for a lot of customisation where requested. Jonny and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many of my questions and being available for support whenever needed!

Was excited when we started using this, but then it does not offer what we did compared with its competitors. This is also getting so much spam accounts.
