Jonathan was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty app. We were missing the ability to use gift cards as a reward. This feature was available from our previous app due to a limitation from Shopify that was recently lifted. He pushed to get that feature implemented for us and it will be live for us next week!

One thing I wish they would improve is the email editor. It could use a bit of a refresh as the default emails look really dated and the editor is really basic. Most of the emails can be sent via Klaviyo but it looks like the referral email can't. However, you can customize it to your heart's content if you know HTML/CSS.

Hannah (our CSM) and the support team are my go to resources whenever we run into any question or issue within LoyaltyLion. Update: all of the work the LoyaltyLion team has put into their dashboard and reporting have not gone unnoticed. The improvements reflect their commitment to continually enhancing the platform and providing valuable insights to users like us. Their support and expertise make us confident in the effectiveness of our loyalty program. We know we have a trusted partner in LoyaltyLion to help us make our loyalty program it the best it can be.

It has been a flawless experience! Very happy to be working with Hannah Yaffe on our site, she has been so resourceful and attentive to ensure all things are running smoothly. On top of that, she has gone above and beyond to propose ways to improve our current program and educate on us on all the features of loyalty lion.

Loyalty Lion was a great find for us! The team is insightful and thoughtful with their directions in strategy and program development. The platform seamlessly integrated within our Shopify store and was a low lift internally as a result! We are thankful to have them as an extension of our team.

Our Account Manager, Hannah, has just conducted a thorough QBR - outlining performance since launching the programme and ways we can improve our success. I look forward to seeing performance ramp up over the coming months when we move into our second quarter, and see the impact the programme has on LTV.

Sammy Newton has been nothing short of extraordinary in our onboarding process. He's been so patient and guiding through our process. He's been proactive in checking in on our launch progress and has been so helpful in answering ALL the many questions I threw at him. We also restructured our program in the middle of launch and he was super helpful during everything. He's been such a pleasure to work with too!

Great program so far! We had a few issues trying to customize our rewards page, but everyone on the Loyalty Lion team was helpful and responsive, especially Sammy. I'm excited to see the value this rewards program will bring to our store.

Found Loyalty Lion very easy to integrate and use - and allows for a lot of customisation where requested. Jonny and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many of my questions and being available for support whenever needed!
