Everyone at Loyalty Lion has been amazing to work with from launch to maintenance. Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. Our customers love the ease with which they can turn their regular purchases into valued savings and our e-commerce sales metrics are steadily improving as a result of the platform.

I have had a really great experience with the Loyalty Lion team. We approached Loyalty Lion in October with the aim to get live before Black Friday, which was well and truly accomplished. Jonathan and James have been really helpful and quick to answer any questions, not matter how small.

We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Our loyalty app for the past 2-3 years, I believe. They are pretty decent. Got probably the most integrations with other tools. There could be more upgrades to their dashboard as it looks the same since day one. Definitely not the cheapest solution.

Namita is very helpful suggesting improvements to the program, the points/rewards structure. Definitely appreciate that.

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. It's become a great asset to our company and the response of our customer base has been phenomenal.

It has been a flawless experience! Very happy to be working with Hannah Yaffe on our site, she has been so resourceful and attentive to ensure all things are running smoothly. Loyalty Lion was a great find for us! The team is insightful and thoughtful with their directions in strategy and program development. The platform seamlessly integrated within our Shopify store and was a low lift internally as a result! We are thankful to have them as an extension of our team.
