Loyalty Lion have been exactly what we needed to help scale our business and engage our loyal customers. Our CSM, Ellie, has been an absolute delight to work with. Any issues are quickly and efficiently resolved. Highly recommend.

Overall Loyalty Lion is a good system, the auto generated loyalty page helps you get up and running quickly and they integrate with all the major e-commerce platforms and apps. The backend is also easy to set up and navigate. We have had a few issues here and there but they have been addressed by the team.

Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

Huge thank you to Vicky for the white gloves service and support in getting me and the rest of the team up to speed on the newest features and capabilities of the platform. We're excited to roll out a couple touches to stimulate program enrollment and reward usage.

We have just completed our onboarding with Jonathan and the experience was incredible! He was super helpful from a strategy standpoint and was quickly able to guide us on any questions related to best practices and loyalty page customizations. We had a quick timeline for launch and we successfully hit it thanks to his help. Overall, we are very happy with the LoyaltyLion platform and our onboarding experience!

We had a great experience onboarding LoyaltyLion Rewards program on our site, with a very quick turnaround. Our onboarding manager dove right in and gave us great ideas, support in setting up the backend and was very quick to answer any technical questions we had. We are excited to see how this program works for our brand and website, but so far onboarding LoyaltyLion has been a seamless, easy and quick experience.

Found Loyalty Lion very easy to integrate and use - and allows for a lot of customisation where requested. Jonny and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many of my questions and being available for support whenever needed!

Jason was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty program we used. We have added Loyalty Lion to both our websites. Will update a few months in once we have further data on how well the programs work.
